- Health promotion - Making every consultation count. Smoking cessation.
- Phlebotomy, ECGs, 24 hour ABPMs, PFTs.
- Weight management.
- Women's health / Men's health.
- Antenatal & postnatal care visits.
- Wound management.
- Minor procedures - ear syringing, cryotherapy, LARC.
- Counselling - unseen, unquantifiable but invaluable.
- CDM.
- Clinical audits.
- IM injections - LARC, mental health, B12 etc.
- Practice clinical protocols.
- Triage.
- Managing stock / equipment incl emergency trolley.
- CPR training.
- Educational role.
- Ad hoc duties - chaperoning, assisting etc.
Nurses must also comply with ABA CPD requirements.
